Donald Ray 82, of Princeton, IN. June 4, 1936 – February 19, 2019

Donald Ray, 82, of Princeton, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at the Deaconess Midtown Hospital of Evansville. He was born on Thursday, June 4, 1936 In Evansville, IN to Edgar and Albert Hayhurst Ray, both of whom have preceded.
Donald was a U.S. Veteran serving in the United States Army and was very proud of his military service. On December 19, 1991, in Henderson, IN, he Carolyn Burkhart who survives.
Donald drove a truck for the Whirlpool Corporation for many years. He was a lifelong area resident and a member of the American Legion post #25, VFW post #2714 and the Eagles Home of Princeton.
At his request, cremation will take place and a graveside service with internment of ashes to take place at 1:00 p.m. C.S.T. on Saturday, March 2, 2019 with Pastor Gene Burkhart officiating in Bowman Cemetery located in Pike County, IN. The Retired Veterans Group will be providing military honors.
