Clarence Max Fauquher, 81, of Fort Branch, IN, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, surrounded by his family in the same house he was born in on Monday, August 30, 1937 in Gibson County, IN to Bertis and Dorothy Fauquher, Both of whom have preceded. On September 19, 1958, in Fort Branch IN, he married Sharon Riggs Fauquher who survives.
Clarence worked at Wilbert Vault Company and farmed. He retired from The South Gibson School Corporation after 31 years of service and was of the Baptist faith.
Working had always been his life more so after his father had a stroke and the responsibilities of the farm fell on his shoulders at a young age. He loved working in his yard mowing grass, picking raspberries and growing things and enjoyed tending to his sheep since his active years in 4-H and the FFA.
As any grandfather, he loved spoiling his grandkids.
Clarence is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Paul Ray.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon of 61 years, daughter Anita (Randy) Martin, sons Bruce (Carol) Fauquher, Jeff (Ethel) Fauquher and Dan (Michelle) Fauquher
He is also survived by grandchildren Jessica and Allisa Fauquher, Nick Lacer and 6 other grandchildren as well as 6 great grandchildren.
Doyle Funeral Home, located at 520 S. Main St. in Princeton, IN, has the honor of having charge of the services.
Funeral services will be 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Doyle Funeral Home located at 520 S. Main St. Princeton, IN 47670 with Pastor Kevin Wilson officiating. Internment will take place in Clark Cemetery of Owensville.
Visitation will take place from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 noon at the funeral home.
